If you want to unbind your license code to one device and link it to another, please contact support@filmagepro.com to claim your request with your license code or the UUID of your device. We will unbind it for you.

 

How to retrieve your license code:

Go to License Retrieval  page.  Enter your email address and we will send the license code to your email.

 

How to find the UUID:

Click About This Mac -》Click System Report.

 

 

Copy the UUID and Send it to support@filmagepro.com. We will unbind it for you.
