Why Don't I Get the License Code After the Purchase?
If you don't get the licence code email, check the Trash or Spams boxes. Or you can manually refresh your email, there may be delay.
If you lose your code, please go to License Retrieval and get your code back.
Note: If you purchase Filmage Screen Pro or its 6-Months Pack on Apple Store, you don't need to enter license code, but to restore your previous purchase. - 2
How to Use License Code?
1. Download Filmage Screen.dmg. After install, click Filmage Screen -> Enter License.
2. Or click Trial expired. Unlock full version -> Enter License.
3. Enter the license code and click Activate to continue.
Then start your recording and editing experience with Filmage Screen Pro.
Note: If you can't find "Enter License", please download Filmage Screen.dmg.Because you don't need to enter license code if you download it from Mac AppStore.

How Can I Purchase If I don’t Have PayPal Account?
Actually, there are two sources you can purchase Filmage Screen Pro: Mac AppStore and Website Store.
If you have PayPal account, you can buy it from our Website Store;
While, if you don’t have PayPal account, but have an Apple ID, you may get it from Mac AppStore.
